Cost:
$105 Lebanon Mat Club Membership, plus a required $65 USA Wrestling card
To become a Lebanon Mat Club Member, please complete both steps below, in order. These MUST be completed prior to your wrestler's first day of practice.
USA Wrestling Card:
Click the button below to log into USA Wrestling and purchase your wrestler's USA card. You will need to download or screenshot an image of your wrestler's card and upload it your Membership Form. You can view your card immediately after purchase, by clicking the "Print Cards" button on the top center of the screen. For instructions on how to purchase your wrestler's card, please view the tutorial.
