Paid Lebanon Mat Club Membership
Current USA Wrestling Card
All paperwork current, complete, & submitted

Cost:
$100 Lebanon Mat Club Membership, plus a required $51 USA Wrestling card
To become a Lebanon Mat Club Member, please complete both steps below, in order. These MUST be completed prior to your wrestler's first day of practice.
USA Wrestling Card:
Click the button below to log in to USA Wrestling and purchase your wrestler's USA card. You will need to download or screenshot an image of your wrestler's card and upload it in the "Membership Form" section. You can view your card immediately after purchase, by clicking the "Print Cards" button on the top center of the screen.
